Working Blues

Face it..At one time or the other during your working life, you've been pissed off like hell at that insufferable working colleage. And you wonder if this is just common to you?
The backstabbers, the freeloaders, the 'always right's' and the list goes on...Its unbelievable.

When you get out from the college environmentto the working one, the whole thing changes. You need to watch your back and this becomes worse are you go up the corporate ladder. Why? Coz most of the people up there would have been through all of that shit and would have even done some back stabbing themselves to get up there. How do you deal with it? I donno.

I have had my share of bad days. Some people just look for some else to blame it on when it comes to their mistakes and it often gets pinned on the unsuspecting 'green' guy. Thats life. Survival of the fittest. You need to learn the tricks of the trade to make it somewhere in the corporate world. Just being 'good' will not take you anywhere. You gotta work smart also. I know of folks who are working at the same level as they were 3 years ago. Being the nice guy will not work all the time.

Working hard gets you nowhere. Gotta work smart too. Else get prepared to be the 'fall guy'
